Return / Refund Policy

Items can be returned if you are unhappy with your product, an RMA is not required and returns can be shipped to (mailbox address).  Refunds are processed within 3-5 days of the received return and customers can expect to see a refund on their original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• RMAs are not required, simply ship the package back to us using the shipping service of your choice (shipping labels are not covered by Cryptic Digital Solutions LLC in your return)
• All returns are accepted within the 30 day refund window
• Refunds are processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned product
• Cardholders can expect to see refunds credited within 5-7 business days
